Windmill Lodge

Windmill Lodge is a self-catering lodge with one bedroom suitable for a couple or single adult. Fully insulated throughout and with double glazing the lodge offers warmth and protection from the elements in winter and a cool interior in the summer months.

Windmill Lodge is kitted out with a fitted kitchen (including dishwasher, oven, microwave), modern bathroom with shower and bath, living area with TV and a courtyard garden with table to enjoy the views.

Firstly, how many weeks would you like to stay at Windmill Lodge?

Facilities

Fitted kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, all cutlery, plates and bowls. We provide basic supplies, tea / coffee / sugar / milk and condiments as well as cleaning products.

Living space with a comfortable sofa, pefect for snuggling on after a day out exploring nature.

Large bedroom with double bed, wardrobe and hanging rail.

Outdoor terrace and patio where you can soak up the evening sun and enjoy the views.

Our Lodge Rules

Our change over day is Saturday with check-in at 2pm and check-out at 10:00am.

Due to the design and location of our lodges we do not allow children.

We are located on a working farm and are surrounded by livestock. As such, no matter how well trained, we do not permit dogs in the lodges.

Do you allow pets?

Unfortunately for the benefit of our guests and livestock we have a strict no pets policy at Brailsham.

When do you take payment for a future booking?

We do not take any payment or deposit on receipt of your booking (unless your booking start date is in the next 30 days). We then request for payment in full 30 days before your check-in date. Should you cancel your booking with less than 30 days notice we reserve the right to retain 100% of your booking fee subject to us being unable to fill your booking.

Do you offer a BBQ or firepit at the lodges?

We don't have fire pits or BBQ's at either Windmill or Orchard Lodge. You are however welcome to bring your own portable or disposable BBQ to use during your visit. All that we ask is that care and consideration is given to the surrounding area and that any rubbish is sensibly disposed of.
