Unfortunately for the benefit of our guests and livestock we have a strict no pets policy at Brailsham.

We do not take any payment or deposit on receipt of your booking (unless your booking start date is in the next 30 days). We then request for payment in full 30 days before your check-in date. Should you cancel your booking with less than 30 days notice we reserve the right to retain 100% of your booking fee subject to us being unable to fill your booking.

We don't have fire pits or BBQ's at either Windmill or Orchard Lodge. You are however welcome to bring your own portable or disposable BBQ to use during your visit. All that we ask is that care and consideration is given to the surrounding area and that any rubbish is sensibly disposed of.

No sadly we are an adults only retreat. We've designed the site at Brailsham to be peaceful and tranquil and due to the layout of the lodges it isn't practical for us to accommodate children.

If your booking is more than 30 days in the future you can contact us to request to cancel your booking with no penalty or charges to pay.
